11 Responsibilities of other persons and bodies unaffected

11. Responsibilities of other persons and bodies unaffected---Nothing in any of the foregoing provisions of this Act shall affect any responsibility that any Minister of the Crown or other person, or any Government Department or other body, had immediately before the passing of this Act for any matter relating to the Māori language.
